National Merit Semifinalist & Commended Scholars Named
We are proud to announce that 97 Explorers have been recognized for their national academic achievement by the College Board.
At the top of the list is our National Merit Scholarship Semifinalist Omar Siman '23 who is among our nation's highest scorers on the 2021 PSAT/NMSQT test and will continue in the competition for over 7,600 scholarships worth approximately $28M. Nine seniors also qualified as Commended students in the program: William Allen, Christian de Villiers, Lucas Delgado, Lucas Figueroa, Emilio Garza, David Grenier, Nicolas LaVin, Enrique Munoz, and Christian Ordonez.
In addition, 87 juniors have been selected as National Recognition Program Awardees for their academic achievement and outstanding performance on the PSAT 10. To view the full list of names, see below.
