Columbus Debate Update

Last Thursday, CCHS Debate Novices competed in the South Florida Civics and Debate Initiative Novice competition...and we showed out!

Christian Ordonez won first place in his first ever Lincoln-Douglas competition, defeating the previous two time champion on his way to victory. Sebastian Loubet placed third in LD!
 
Jorge Cereceda and Carlos Rodriguez (first timer) placed first in Public Forum. Frank Kowalski and Julian Hererra (both first timers) placed second in PF.
 
Nicholas Diaz placed 3rd in congress debate. Sebastian Broche (first timer) also placed 3rd in Congressional Debate
