College Application Boot Camp

Senior Guidance Counselors will host College Application Boot Camp virtually starting Wednesday, August 12.

Wednesday August 12 - College 101 Information Session
9 – 11 am: Everything students need to know while applying for college (how to use: Naviance, deadlines, Common App, etc.)
12 noon - 3 pm: One-on-one sessions available (schedule through Calendly app) to discuss individual concerns and specific questions students/parents may have.  
 
Thursday, August 13 - College Essay Workshop
9 – 11 am: Session will include writing techniques and prompts for 2021.
12 noon – 3 pm: One-on-one sessions available (schedule through Calendly app) to discuss individual concerns and specific questions students/parents may have.  
 
Friday, August 14 - One-on-One Session (cont.)
9 am – 3 pm: One-on-one sessions available (schedule through Calendly app) to discuss individual concerns and specific questions students/parents may have.  
 
Monday, August 17 - Admissions Representative Panel
3 – 5 pm: Students will have the chance to hear and ask questions to Admissions Representatives from different universities regarding the current application process.
 
Tuesday, August 18 - Ins & outs of Financial Aid and Scholarships
3 – 5 pm: Students will have breakout sessions with counselors to address general questions regarding the common app.
 
Wednesday, August 19 & Thursday, August 20
3 – 5 pm: One-on-one sessions available (schedule through Calendly app) to review an individual student’s application process.
