Explorers Finish 4-2 At District Meet

The Varsity Wrestling Team competed in the District 15 Dual Meet this past weekend at Coral Park and went 4-2, with injuries to some key wrestlers. 

The Explorers defeated Coral Gables 61-15, Ferguson 56-17, Miami High 66-15 and Braddock 70-10 before losing to Southwest 59-12 and Coral Park 42-36. 
 
Individually, one Explorer went undefeated throughout the competition - senior Carmine D'Ascoli – who pinned all 6 of his opponents in the 195 lbs. weight class.
