Walk-A-Thon
34th Annual Pat Bixby Memorial Walk-A-Thon
Walk-A-Thon is Christopher Columbus High School’s only fundraiser that involves our entire student body and faculty. This beloved, student-led tradition raises vital funds for campus beautification projects and supports the Marist service mission.
This year’s Walk-A-Thon begins on Tuesday, September 15, with the main walk scheduled for Friday, October 9. To participate, each student is asked to raise a minimum of $95.
Now in its 34th year, the Pat Bixby Memorial Walk-A-Thon continues to unite our community in faith, service, and Explorer pride. Together, we can make a lasting impact for our campus and beyond.

At Christopher Columbus High School, the Walk-A-Thon is more than a tradition, it’s an investment in our students. This year, funds raised will go directly toward charging lockers for iPads, cell phones and MacBooks, rebranding buses, replacing benches and umbrella canopies, contributing to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and supporting Big Brother/Class Cup activities.
