Senior Prom

A Formal & Special Night for Explorers


To safeguard everyone’s health and welfare, all attendees will be required to wear a mask while at the event, temperatures will be checked at the entrance, food and beverages will be pre-packaged, and 2 dance floors will allow for proper social distancing. Additionally, senior Explorers and their guests will be required to take a COVID-19 test on campus at Columbus 24 hours in advance of the prom.  

Prom Attire Etiquette:
Explorers: Semi-formal, tropical-like prom attire including summer suits, breathable fabric, and touches of tropical elements, dress pants, and formal shoes.

Ladies: Breezy maxi dress or formal romper, flats, dressy sandals or wedges. Pointed heels are not suitable and will not be allowed.

Christopher Columbus High School is a private, Roman Catholic, college-preparatory high school, conducted by the Marist Brothers of the Schools.
