COVID-19 Protocol

Campus COVID-19 Safety Information

Christopher Columbus High School's Health & Wellness Advisory Task Force has implemented a series of protocols for the 2022-23 school year. Additional restrictions or guidance will be added as they become necessary.

For COVID exposure:
  • If symptoms develop - stay home and test, if negative test, symptoms have improved and no fever you may return to school/work wearing a well-fitted mask for 5 additional days.
  • If no symptoms, you may return to school/work wearing a well-fitted mask and test on day 5, if the test is negative you may remove your mask.
For COVID-positive persons:
  • Stay home for 5 days from onset of symptoms or positive test if no symptoms
  • If you have no symptoms or your symptoms are resolving and no fever after 5 days, you may return to school/work
  • Continue to wear a well-fitted mask around others for 5 additional days.
