Class of 2026 Graduation Plans

As we approach graduation season, we are excited to share important information and updates regarding Commencement events for our senior families. Please review the details below carefully.

We look forward to celebrating this milestone and honoring the accomplishments of the Class of 2026. Additional reminders and logistical details will be shared as each event approaches.

Baccalaureate Mass
Tuesday, May 12 at 6:00 PM
Doors open at 5:00 PM
Location: Epiphany Catholic Church
8235 SW 57 Avenue, Miami, FL 33143

• Each senior will receive 2 tickets
• Student formal attire is recommended (suit, jacket, and/or tie)
• Guest tickets are required for entry
• Liturgy begins with faculty, administration, and celebrant procession

Graduation Rehearsals (Mandatory)
Wednesday, May 13 and Friday, May 15
7:45 AM – Columbus Gym

All students must arrive in full uniform and clean-shaven no later than 7:45 AM.

Wednesday, May 13

• Students will receive an envelope containing tickets for the Baccalaureate Mass and Graduation Ceremony.
• The Graduation envelope will include all allotted and requested tickets.

Friday, May 15

• Students will receive their cap, gown, and tassel.
• Bags must only be opened at home to avoid losing contents.
• There are no replacements.
• Gowns cannot be ironed and should be hung to release wrinkles.

Silver Knights Award Ceremony
Thursday, May 14 at 7:00 PM
Location: James L. Knight Center
(For the 15 senior school nominees only)

Graduation Ceremony
Saturday, May 16 at 10:00 AM
Doors open at 9:00 AM
Location: Watsco Center, University of Miami

• Graduates must arrive by 8:30 AM and report to the designated gathering hall.
• Each senior will receive 8 tickets, with the opportunity to request up to 2 additional tickets if needed.
• Guest tickets are required for entry.

Student Attire (Required)

• Dress shoes
• Dark dress pants
• White button-down shirt
• Tie
• No jacket

Ceremony Timeline
8:30 AM – Graduates report
9:00 AM – Doors open for guests
10:00 AM – Commencement Ceremony begins

Items Prohibited at the Watsco Center
The following items are not permitted:

• Weapons, pepper spray, flares, fireworks
• Food, beverages, alcohol, cans, bottles, coolers
• Drugs or illegal substances
• Pamphlets or product samples
• Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, helmets, chairs, beach balls
• Laptop or tablet computers, two-way radios, laser pointers, flashlights
• Balloons, permanent markers, spray paint
• Noise-making devices (air horns, drums, whistles, etc.)
• Bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6"
• Signs, flags, banners, or posters larger than 11" x 17" or attached to poles/sticks

Senior BBQ & Diploma Distribution
Thursday, May 21
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Columbus Gym / L Building
