State Championship Game
The Columbus Explorers (10-4) are playing for the FHSAA Class 8A State Championship on Friday, December 13, 2019 at 7 pm against the Apopka Blue Darters (12-1). This game is a rematch of the 2014 Class 8A State Championship game in which Apopka defeated Columbus 30-23.
Make plans to come watch the Explorers play for only the fifth time in school history. We would love to pack Daytona Stadium!
STADIUM SEATING INFORMATION
The Explorers are designated as the 'away/visiting team' and will be on the sidelines on the north side of Daytona Stadium. The parking lot opens at 4 pm and gates to the stadium open at 5 pm. Kickoff is slated for 7 pm sharp. STUDENT BUSES
Let the Student Activities Committee take care of driving, parking and paying for gas while you enjoy a trip to and from the FHSAA Class 8A State Championship game in Daytona Beach! Tickets are $60 each, which includes a game general admission ticket and roundtrip bus ride.
