Service Hours During Remote Learning

Procedures for Seniors

Procedures for Students in Grade 12 Only:
In order to facilitate completion of the graduation requirement, seniors only should follow these procedures for the duration of the remote learning protocol:
  1. Download CCHS service document from Christian Service Webpage (link below) as usual.
  2. Print and complete service document as usual.
  3. Scan or photograph your completed service document. Scan/photos must be clear and entirely legible.
  4. Using your own CCHS email account, attach scan/photos to an email:
    • Address email to Brother Tom:
    • Type in the "Subject" box: "Submitting Service Documents"
      5. Send email.

Seniors please do not:
  • Send service documents from any email address other than your own CCHS email account.
  • Attempt to deliver service documents to campus as long as remote learning procedures are in effect.

Underclassmen Procedures

  1. Deadlines for submitting service documents are extended until after the CCHS campus reopens and normal instruction resumes. At that time, submit your documents to Brother Tom in person as per usual procedure.
  2. In the meantime please do not:
    • Submit your service documents via email.
    • Attempt to deliver service documents to campus.
