Columbus Hires New VP of Finance

We are happy to announce that Albert Tamayo '03 has started at Columbus today as our new Vice President of Finance.

Albert will be responsible for the financial operation of the school and will work together with President Kruczek to oversee the plant.  Albert brings over 13 years of experience to Columbus, having worked the last six years for the entrepreneurial leadership firm, The Siegfried Group. 

At Siegfried,  he served as a professional resource director and consulting manager, overseeing employee matters for 40+ employees, performing corporate accounting functions, and leading improvement projects for their financial and operations processes.  Albert also worked at the leading logistics company, Deutsche Post DHL Group, as a senior finance and compliance auditor and early in his career was an assurance associate at both Ernst & Young LLP and Grant Thornton LLP. 

 Albert holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from Florida International University.
