CCHS Robotics Team Wins Again

Last Saturday, two Columbus Robotics teams competed in the Spin Up VEX Robotics Competition at iTech High School in Miami. 

Competing against 24 South Florida teams in 5 matches. Team 11342A (Explorer 1) team ended with 4 wins and 1 loss and Team 11342B (Explorer 2) ended with 2 wins and 3 loses placing 5th and 13th overall.

Team B lost early during the elimination tournament, but team A rallied to win the final tournament match. Team 11342A garnered two awards in total:
  • Tournament Champions 1st Place Finals Match - Team 11342A
  • Amaze Award Team with the most amazing, well-rounded, and top performing robot - Team 11342A
