Baseball Student-Athletes Sign on the Dotted Line

Eight Christopher Columbus High School baseball players signed on the dotted line to officially commit to the school of their choice as they continue their athletic and academic careers.

The event, hosted on Friday, February 26 at 11 am on campus in Br. Eugene's Plaza, allowed for a few families to join in on the celebration for the following Explorers:

  • Ariel Garcia (SS) – University of Miami
  • Diego Prieto (Catcher) – Fordham University
  • Rafael Flores (CF) – Erskine College
  • Kyle Marti (2B/P) – Erskine College
  • Kainen Jorge (OF/P) – Wake Forest University
  • Tony Casanova (1B) – Florida International University
  • Jorge Acevedo (3B) – Nova University
  • Mario Hernandez (P) – Wingate University
