CCHS/Firefighter Challenge Coins On Sale

Are you a proud Columbus alum and happen to work for one of the six municipality Fire Departments in Miami-Dade County?

Ralph Baena ‘98 worked with CCHS on creating a co-branded Christopher Columbus High School/Firefighter Challenge Coin with hopes of supporting Columbus with proceeds from coin sales. According to Ralph, “The coin was made to bring Camaraderie amongst those that work for the 6 different fire departments that we have in Miami-Dade County as firefighters, but also acknowledging our alma mater Christopher Columbus High School, which taught us at a young age what Camaraderie was all about.”

Each coin is $20, with $15 going right back to CCHS. Ralph currently has 200 coins, that would generate $3,000 back to Columbus. If you are interested in purchasing one, contact Ralph via email at amywinks@aol.com. You do not have to be a firefighter to purchase a coin.
