Bass on the Fly Fishing Tournament

The Anglers Club completed its 2nd Annual Bass on the Fly Fishing Tournament last weekend.

This tournament marks the third tournament of the year that’s open to the entire current student body.
 
Winning the Large mouth on the fly was freshman Nicholas Cruz and placing second was junior Sebastian Iglesias. Winning the peacock on the fly category was George Alexander. Giovanni Adrian took second and Armondo Rubio third. Winning the largemouth category with a spinning reel was Kenneth Romeu. Lastly, winning the peacock category with a spinning reel was George Alexander.
 
The winners will be attending a special trip to Nautilus fly reels for a factory tour and to build their custom fly reel.
