JV Wrestling Competes at Palmetto Tournament

On Saturday, 19 JV Explorers competed in the Jeff Cutler Memorial JV Championships at Palmetto High School.

The individual based tournament included wrestlers from 11 other high schools from Broward and Miami-Dade County. The young wrestlers fought hard and gained tremendous experience after a full day of competition.
 
The following Explorers placed:
1st Place - Nolan Vergel 9th Grade
2nd Place - Rocco D'ascoli 10th Grade
2nd Place - Antonio Brown 10th Grade
3rd Place - Max Borja 11th Grade
3rd Place - Louis Morera 11th Grade
4th Place - Derrick Hart 9th Grade
4th Place - Sebastian Lindo 9th Grade
4th Place - Eric Marill 10th Grade
4th Place - Chris Puig 11th Grade
