Wrestling Team Finishes 5th at State Meet

The varsity wrestling team placed 5th out of 100+ teams at the FHSAA Class 3A State Championship this past weekend. 

Five Explorers fought their way to individual places on the winners stand Saturday night and they were:
 
Charles Huffman – 2nd place at 120 lbs.
Sebastian Melguizo – 4th place at 126lbs.
Dylan Perez – 5th place at 285 lbs.
Ryan Gonzalez – 6th place at 145 lbs.
Henry Fernandez – 6th place at 220 lbs.
