JV Wrestling Caps Season at NM Tournament

This was an individual based tournament in which 17 Explorers competed against the following high schools: Coral Park, South Dade, Killian, Palmetto, Olympia Heights, Jackson, Coral Gables, Ferguson, Krop, and North Miami.

Our Explorers wrestled tough, 7 of them placing in the final rounds. These wrestlers include:
 
Armando Hurtado (10' 152lbs) and Marcus Caligari (10' 132lbs) both earning 1st Place medals
 
Diego Romero (10' 138lbs), Max Borja (9' 120lbs), Ralphie Hueso (10' 160lbs), and Francisco Fuertes (10' 145lbs) all securing a 2nd Place Medals and Hector Cordero (10' 160lbs) earning a 4th Place Finish.
 
Congrats to the JV Wrestling team on a tremendous season and a dominant performance at their final tournament.
