Explorers honored at Miami Herald All-Dade Awards breakfast

Congratulations to all of Columbus Explorers that were honored by the Miami Herald for their athletic prowess throughout the 2016-17 school year.

We had a number of Explorers who made All-Dade teams in their respected sports and coaches honored for their dedications to our student-athletes:

Golf: Coach Michael Marinelli (Coach of the Year).  Scholar Athlete: Mike Rodriguez.  Athlete of the Year finialists: Trajan Bandy and Josh Jobe.
 
The event, sponsored by Baptist Health South Florida and the Orange Bowl, drew a crowd of more than 1,200 and honored athletes and coaches in 18 sports.

We are so proud of all our student-athletes and their dedication to Columbus athletics!
