Track Team Wins GMAC Title

The Columbus Track & Field team won the Great Miami Athletic Association Championships this past weekend, finishing with 125 points overall. 

The team set three new school records in the 200M (CJ Henderson) with a time of 21.2 finishing in 1st place, the 4X100M (Trajan Bandy, CJ Henderson, Joshua Jobe, Tyler Harrell) with a time of 40.96 (6th nationally) finishing in 1st place and the 4X400 (Xzavier Henderson, CJ Henderson, Cameron Daniels, Tyler Harrell) with a time of 3:18.91 finishing in second place. Outstanding efforts by all our Explorers!

The Explorers also won the Miami-Dade County Youth Fair Meet, Sam Burley Hall of Fame Invitational and the Spartan Invitational earlier this season.
