Entering Students

Students enrolled for the 1st semester on or before Oct. 13, 2017 will be charged $10,500.00

Students enrolled for the 2nd semester on or before Feb. 23, 2018 will be charged $5,250.00

All fees and tuition must be paid at registration time. The student cannot be scheduled for classes until this obligation is met.

School Policy on Penalty for Withdrawal:

$60 per session day.

All unpaid fees for the semester are due, plus a $50.00 withdrawal fee.

  • Financial Aid

    Columbus offers financial aid for those families who qualify. Anyone who wishes to apply, should visit the SmartAid for Parents website.

    Application Deadline: APRIL 28, 2017.
    Under no circumstances will requests be accepted after this date
  • Textbook Purchases

    Students are to purchase all required course texts (eBooks, iBooks and any other course specified material) before the first day of school. For instructions and additional information, please visit your MyCCHS under Academics, Bookstore.
  • My School Bucks

    This is a service to pay for your son's cafeteria expenses using your American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa. Participation is voluntary. You may enroll at any time. For additional information, please access your MyCCHS Resources section.
  • Clothing Store

    Physical education uniform items, as well as the CCHS sweatshirts, jackets, baseball caps, t-shirts, and other items are available at Br. Kevin's Clothing Store, which is open before and after school.

Payment Schedule

  • Per Semester: Two equal payments of $5,250. First payment due on August 9, 2017. Second payment due on January 10, 2018.
  • Monthly: Ten equal payments of $1,050. Due at the beginning of the month between July 2017 and April 2018.

Payment Options

All parents must enroll in ‘Smart Tuition’ and select a payment plan (per semester or monthly) prior to completing the Enrollment Agreement for their son to attend Christopher Columbus High School. Please note: There is a mandatory $50 fee per family, which is payable to Smart Tuition.

NOTE: After April 27, 2018 no personal/company checks will be accepted for this school year; the only form of payment will be cash, cashier’s check, money order or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover).
 
TUITION PENALTIES:
The Finance Committee of Christopher Columbus High School requires everyone to adhere to the payment schedule.  If tuition is not paid on time, students with an outstanding balance may not:  attend classes, take midterms/final exams, receive report cards or transcripts, and/or not attend social functions (i.e., Prom, Grad Bash, Ring Ceremony); and/or ultimately may be required to withdraw from school.
