Anglers Report

The Anglers Club and Spearfishing Club recently participated in two special events.

First, the clubs were invited to the new bait and tackle shop, JD Outdoor Adventures on Coral Way. The boys received a personal tour, received new free tackle, and received valuable information on the new innovative products that’s on the market.

Next the group went to Key Biscayne to the premiere day of the Miami International Boat Show. This event is considered our Art Basel of the marine Industry. The boys were welcomed by police escort to the front gate by Ethan Rebozo dad special event police crew. The boys got to see all the new boats, merchandise, and even met world renowned Guy Harvey, Capitan Nick Stanczyk from Bud and Mary’s, and Captain Rob Fordyce from the SeaHunter TV Show.

It was a great day for the boys to be exposed and learning more about the marine industry and being spotted by many of our alumni and sponsors.
