Anglers Club: All or Nothing Bass Fishing Tournament

The Anglers Club hosted its second annual All-or-Nothing Bass Fishing Tournament.

This tournament marks the first of four bass fishing tournaments that the club hosts each year that are open to all current Columbus students. There were 19 anglers that participated and each grade level had one champion for the largemouth category and peacock category.
 
Julian Villa won both the peacock and largemouth category for the Freshmen class. Both fish measured out to 18.5”. In the Sophomore division, Eric Castro won the peacock category for with an 18.5” pea. In the Junior division, J. Garcia won the largemouth category with a 20 3/4” largie and Sebastian Iglesias won the peacock category with a 21.5” pea. Sebastian also won the tournament RodRunner prize for having the longest overall fish. Senior, Daniel Saez, won the largemouth category with a 20.5” largie.
