Golf Team Finishes 3rd

The varsity golf team opened up its 2019 season placing 3rd out of 12 teams from all across south Florida.

The Explorers were led by two freshmen phenoms, Hans Risvær and Andy Atrio. The wind was blowing at the Biltmore with speeds up to 20mph, so it truly was a test from the back tees at over 7000 yards.

Sebastian Kawas, David Ragan, and Justin Rodriguez all chipped in with scores scores for the 3rd place finish behind Archbishop Mccarthy and Naples Gulf Coast.

The team finished just 8 strokes off the win.
