Media Policy & Credentialing

Media Credentials

Media credential requests must be submitted to athletics@columbushs.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Same-day and walk-up requests will not be accommodated.

Approval is based on professional or established media presence, previous coverage and intended use of photos or video. Applicants may be asked to provide links to previous work.

Media Access & Guidelines

Approved media must display their credential at all times, remain in designated media areas and follow all school safety and student-athlete privacy policies.

For football, media must remain outside the 25-yard lines. Locker room access is strictly prohibited at all times. Uncredentialed individuals will not be permitted on the sideline, field or court.

Columbus media credentials are valid for home events only. Away-game access must be coordinated directly with the host school.
