How Financial Aid Works
All students applying for financial aid must be ACCEPTED AND ENROLLED in order to be considered for an award.
PRIORITY APPLICATION DEADLINE: February 21, 2025
Applications received by the PRIORITY APPLICATION DEADLINE, with all supporting documentation, including tax returns, will be reviewed by March 21, 2025.**
FINAL APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 28, 2025
Applications received by the FINAL APPLICATION DEADLINE, with all supporting documentation, including tax returns, will be reviewed by May 9, 2025.**
FINANCIAL AID AWARD NOTICES:
All awards will be posted on Blackbaud Tuition Management by the dates noted above. However, entering freshmen will receive an email, since their Blackbaud Tuition Management account will not be active at the time.
If your son is awarded a scholarship after receiving financial aid, or if that scholarship award increases at any time, your financial aid award may be adjusted accordingly.
LATE APPLICATIONS:
Applications received after the FINAL APPLICATION DEADLINE, with all supporting documentation, including tax returns, will be reviewed in the order in which these are received. Financial aid will be awarded to those who qualify, until funds have been exhausted.
**All families applying for financial aid must apply for the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship through Step Up for Students. Families that do not qualify for the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship may still qualify for a financial aid award through CCHS. In addition, if your son is awarded a scholarship after receiving financial aid, or if that scholarship award increases at any time, your financial aid award may be adjusted accordingly. IF YOUR SON HAS THE FES-UA, DO NOT APPLY FOR THE FTC SCHOLARSHIP.
