Military Family Hub

Adelante Together

At Christopher Columbus High School, we are proud to support the service members, veterans and military-connected families in our community. We recognize the unique experiences military families may face, including deployments, relocations and school transitions. Through personalized guidance, peer connections and community resources, we are committed to helping every military-connected student feel welcomed, supported and at home at Columbus.

Student-Led Transition Program

Our student-led transition program welcomes military-connected students through peer support and guided introductions. Student leaders provide campus tours, introduce new students to key faculty and staff, and connect them with school activities and resources. Our goal is to ensure every student feels supported and at home from his first day at Columbus.

Our Commitment to Military Families

Columbus provides a strong network of academic, social and emotional support for military-connected students and their families. Our Purple Star School Transition Team connects families with the people, programs and resources they need throughout their Columbus experience.
