Senior Vincent Spada Received President Obama’s Volunteer Service Award

Senior Vincent Spada has been honored for his exemplary volunteer service with a President’s Volunteer Service Award.  The award, which recognizes Americans who have volunteered significant amounts of their time to serve their communities and their country, was presented by the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards Program on behalf of President Obama.

Vincent earned this award for his work with Hands on Miami where he helped in many projects including a school clean up, planting trees, serving food at a homeless shelter, and spending time at nursing homes.  He also has volunteered his time as an American Youth Soccer Referee and remains active in the L.I.F.E youth group and as a retreat leader.

CONGRATULATIONS VINCENT!
