Michael Helbig Wins 4th Place at International Science Fair
After placing 4th in the State Science Fair in April, Junior Michael Helbig was chosen to compete in the "Intel International Science & Engineering Fair" in May. His project entitled “Morphological Correlates of Communication Signals in Weakly Electric Fish” again placed 4th at this fair in the category of animal science. Over 1,500 students participated from over 30 countries. Michael was honored with an award and $500.
