Mas Scholars Presenting at the American Chemical Society National Meeting

Juniors Rafael Moas, Daniel Narciso, Michael Ronconi and sophomore Corey Zimmer were chosen to present their research at the American Chemical Society's 239th National Meeting & Exposition in San Francisco which will be held from March 21 - 25.

Their abstract that was accepted for presentation is entitled:
Bay Vista Restoration Research Project at Biscayne Bay Campus with the Mas Scholars

The students worked on this project over the summer in collaboration with Florida International University. It was the FIU professors that submitted the work for presentation at the conference at the university level.

More than 12,000 attendees from all chemistry disciplines are expected to attend this five day scientific meeting to meet the leading scientists and discover the latest research.
