This past weekend, the Columbus CCNN team, the group that puts on the Christopher Columbus News Network, competed at the Florida Scholastic Press Association’s (FSPA) journalism state competition in Tampa where they won several awards. Columbus was the only private school that participated, competing against 900 public high school students from all over the state.
They performed very well and are to be congratulated, especially because this was the first time competing.
