Past Work Experience:  Eastern Illinois University, Thiel College.  Mr. Merritt has also worked in Germany as the head coach of the Hamburg Blue Devils. 

Education:  BS in Sports Management from Indiana University.  Mr. Merritt is currently working towards his MS in Physical Education at Emporia State University.
