For the 2005/06 school year, the board is scheduled to meet every other month, starting in September, on the 2nd Tuesday at 6:30pm. Listed below are the specific dates that the board will meet.

In 1996, at the advice of our Board of Trustees Columbus initiated a School Board comprised of alumni, alumni parents as well as other prominent people who believe in Catholic education and in particular the mission of the Marist Brothers.

The primary function of the Board is to preserve and promote the Catholic identity and mission of the school. Board members are asked to share their time, their talent and their treasure. The local Board assists the Marist Brothers in management of the school so that it can remain faithful to its mission to young people. Their participation provides the school with sound advice in areas such as finance, building and grounds, public relations, development, law, education, finance and technology.

We certainly want to acknowledge the special gifts that each Board member has made to Columbus over the years. Listed below are our present Board members. We are eternally grateful for all the time, effort and dedication that each Board member gives to Columbus High School.
